Driven by Purpose, Inspired by You
Inspire is an experience-based Teens Club for t(w)eens ages 10–15, built around daily field trips, real-world exploration, and meaningful independence. We offer youth a dynamic way to spend their days discovering new interests, building genuine friendships, and learning far beyond the classroom.
After years of experience in camps and youth programs, our founders noticed a growing gap: older kids were disengaging. They were too old for traditional camps, but not yet old enough to work or navigate the world independently. When we asked teens what they wanted instead, their answers were clear — Freedom, Responsibility, Adventure, and to be treated with Respect. Inspire was designed directly from that feedback.
Our program is led by experienced adult mentors, as opposed to camp counsellors, who empower teens to make choices, take responsibility, and build confidence through real experiences. We don’t over-schedule or baby; we create space for independence, trust, and growth. At Inspire, teen voices shape everything we do so they feel respected, capable, and excited to show up.

Our team
Meet the passionate leaders behind Inspire Youhou! — a collaboration between Inspire MTL and La Zone Youhou!, combining years of experience in youth programs, camps, and leadership development.
Alexandra Hiscox has over 10 years of experience leading youth programs, camps, and sports initiatives. She was CEO of Montreal’s largest private camp before founding Inspire MTL in 2024 to offer adventure-based learning and leadership programs for older youth. Today, she leads Inspire Youhou!, ensuring every experience is engaging, safe, and thoughtfully designed.
Frédéric Lanoue joined La Zone Youhou! in 2001 and has been General Director for many years, shaping the organization’s growth and now overseeing over 40 locations across Quebec. He continues to be actively involved in the sector, serving on multiple committees since 2006, including on the ACQ Board of Directors since 2021, currently as Vice President.
Dominique Brasseur founded Groupe Domisa in 1994 and brings over 30 years of expertise in managing sports facilities and recreational activities. He is also involved with H20-Sauvetage, Caméléon Animation, and Vivaction. Today, as President of the Board, he oversees the company’s operations, which employs over 600 people each summer.
Yohan started his journey with La Zone Youhou! as a camp counselor and coordinator before joining full-time in 2024 to launch several new summer locations. He oversees staff training, ensures high standards, and manages school-year programs. Each summer, he works alongside the team to deliver safe, engaging, and memorable experiences for all.
